Accessibility Statement

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We check pages with automated tools and by hand with a keyboard on phones and computers, and we review the site again when we add or change content. Accessibility is an ongoing effort.

Use the Accessibility Settings button in the footer of every page to adjust this site on your device. The settings are saved only in your browser and you can reset them at any time:

• Soften colors & motion: stops animations and video and mutes image colors.
• Larger text & contrast: enlarges text, darkens light text and underlines links.
• Reading spacing: adds line and letter spacing and stops animations.
• Stop animations: pauses animations and the background video.
• Focus outline & quick links: thickens the keyboard focus outline and adds quick links.

The Accessibility Settings panel is a convenience for adjusting how this site looks and moves. It is not a claim that the site conforms to WCAG, and the site is designed to work without it.

The homepage background video has no sound and has a pause and play button. If your device is set to reduce motion, the video does not play until you press play. Scrolling effects are turned off when your device asks to reduce motion.

Some parts of the experience are not yet fully accessible, or are provided by others:

• Online ordering takes place on Chowbus, a third-party service. We do not control the accessibility of its pages.
• The interactive maps on the Locations and Chubby Club pages can be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. Each location's address, phone number, today's hours and a directions link are also shown as text beside the map.
• Embedded and linked third-party content, such as map tiles, Yelp hours, app store pages and press articles, is provided by other companies and may not meet the same standard.
• The contact form opens your own email app rather than sending a message from this site. If your device has no email app, the form shows our email address with a button to copy it.

Some features of this site are provided by third parties, including our online ordering service and links to third-party app stores. We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we welcome reports about barriers you encounter there and will pass them along where we can.
