Our PHO-nominally comforting pho provides a
new flavor profile using certified A5 Wagyu
from our local, restaurant-owned, ranch. We
artisanally prepare this Wagyu and pair it with
our 24-hour simmered broth and handmade,
gluten-free, rice noodles. Our premium
ingredients and desire to share Vietnamese
culture inspired the creation of Philly’s first

Co-founder of Chubby Bowls, Melissa Hoang blends her family pho recipe with innovative techniques. Melissa built Chubby Bowls as a dedication to her father and their Vietnamese heritage.

A5 WAGYU

Using the finest quality wagyu beef from our restaurant-owned ranch, we provide a premium pho experience. Our A5 wagyu is marbled to perfection and delivers mouthwatering flavors with every bite.

BONE BROTH

Our bone broth is simmered for over 24 hours to reach a full and rich flavor profile. Traditional spices and aromatic herbs bring out its natural flavor. Sweet, savory, and packed full of collagen, our broth is as healthy as it is delicious.

FRESH NOODLES

Chubby Bowls features traditional, flat rice noodles that are gluten-free and always fresh. Our homemade noodles are cooked to perfection, making them the most satisfying slurp in every spoonful.

We are open for dine-in lunch every day! And of course, we are always available for take out & delivery orders.
